What We’re Looking For:


Key Qualifications & Skills

Technical Proficiency

  • Strong knowledge in IT infrastructure, troubleshooting, and system support (cloud, networking, cybersecurity, or hardware).
  • Experience in managing both on-premises and remote IT environments.

Problem-Solving & Adaptability

  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently under pressure.
  • Comfortable working in hybrid (onsite + remote) setups with a proactive mindset.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Initiative & Ownership

  • Self-driven with a passion for continuous learning and process improvement.
  • Takes responsibility for delivering effective IT solutions with minimal supervision.
